Alicia Casselberry is a member of Ashland University's Society. Casselberry is majoring in business management. She is the daughter of Ed and Cindy Casselberry of Norwalk. Casselberry is a 2010 graduate of Norwalk High School.

The Ashland University student chapter of SHRM engages students in the field of Human Resource Management. Students meet on a regular basis with Human Resource professionals in the field of compensation, benefits, global human resources, labor relations, diversity and organizational & employee development. Students have the opportunity to pursue HR Certification from the National SHRM headquarters. Ashland University students compete with other Ohio universities and colleges in the Ohio HR games yearly. SHRM has become the cornerstone for online tools, professional development and resources for the human resource community.
