Allison Combs Initiated into Ashland University's Phi Sigma Iota

Allison Combs of Dalton, OH, was initiated.

Combs is majoring in Spanish education. She is the daughter of Adrian and Gail Combs of Dalton. Combs is a 2011 graduate of Tuslaw Jr.-Sr. High School.

Phi Sigma Iota is the highest academic honor in the fields of foreign languages and literature. Membership is limited to juniors and seniors with a major, minor or concentration in foreign languages and a 3.0 grade point average both overall and in the foreign language courses.
