Area Resident, Sheridan Hanson, is a Member of Dance Team

Sheridan Hanson of Pickerington, OH, is a member of Ashland University's Dance Team.

Hanson is majoring in early childhood education. She is the daughter of William and Diana Hanson of Pickerington. Hanson is a 2011 graduate of Pickerington North High School.

The Ashland University Eagle Elite Dance Team is made up of 11 dancers. This energetic and rhythmic team entertains the crowds at all men's home basketball games with a variety of jazz, hip hop and pom dances. The dancers attend two-hour practices every Tuesday night. The Eagle Elite Dance Team is led by Advisor Vicki Wirick, who is also the coach of the Ashland University cheerleading squad.
