Ashley Franks of Huron, OH, is a member of the women's golf team at Ashland University.

Franks is a 2011 graduate of Huron High School.

The Ashland University women's golf team competes in NCAA Division II in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC). They are led by head coach Pam Leonard. The 2012-13 season will be Leonard's ninth with the Eagles. Ashland has advanced to the NCAA playoffs for four consecutive years. During that stretch, AU has featured some of the best golfers in the country. The Eagles host their home matches at the Country Club of Ashland.
