Barbara Mooneyham Will Exhibit Senior Artwork at Ashland University

Barbara Mooneyham of Lodi, Ohio, will have her senior art work exhibited in the Spring 2014 Ashland University's Coburn Gallery. This exhibit will provide the capstone experience for graduating senior art majors.

The 2014 Senior Art Exhibitions will include graphic design, digital art, printmaking, ceramics and sculpture projects and will represent more than just students' studio art experiences. For students of the liberal arts, the exhibition is the culmination of their undergraduate careers at Ashland University.

The Senior Art Exhibition I will open on April 3 and run through April 16, while Senior Art Exhibition II will open April 24 and run through May 10. Both are in the Coburn Art Gallery located inside the Center for the Arts on the AU campus.

An opening reception will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on April 3 and again on April 24, with senior art awards being announced at 5 p.m. at the April 24 reception.

The exhibiting seniors at Senior Art Exhibition I include Mauricio Uranga, Chihuahua, Mexico, B.S. in Graphic Design; Marguerite Tryling of Milford, Ohio, B.S. in Art Education; Josh Quay, Loudonville, Ohio, BFA in Digital Art; Barbara Mooneyham, Lodi, Ohio, BFA in Sculpture; and Carol Fauber, Ashland, Ohio, B.A. in ceramics.

The exhibiting seniors at Senior Art Exhibition II include Emily May, Hillard, Ohio, BFA in Ceramics, minor in Psychology & Art History; Marissa Uhrig, Marietta, Ohio, double major in Computer Arts and Graphic Programming and Computer Science; Jake Francis, Broadview Heights, Ohio, B.S. in Commercial Art; Kees Edwards, Dennison, Ohio, double major in B.S. in Computer Science and B.S. Computer Art and Graphics Programming; and Allison Dieter, Litchfield, Ohio, BFA in Digital Art.

Mooneyham is a 2010 graduate of Cloverleaf High School. She is the daughter of Jesse and Melanie Keene of Lodi.
