Bellevue Resident Completes Summer Internship

Bellevue resident Keagan Frey, a junior marketing major at Ashland University, completed an internship with Ashland Schine's Theatre Organization in Ashland, Ohio. This internship was under the supervision of the organization's President of the Board, Bill Sample.

Frey is the son of Wendy Damron of Bellevue and is a 2015 graduate of Bellevue High School.

Frey explained Ashland Schine's Theatre Organization as a non-profit and historical restoration. While working at Ashland Schine's Theatre Organization, Frey set up and maintained social media for the organization, completed online sales and research for products, and helped with tours of the building and paper work for liability. Frey also created a Google nonprofit account and set up @ashlandschines domain emails for all board members and volunteers of the organization.

Frey said, "This internship helped me get a head start on small business marketing and social media marketing. It also helped me learn about special event planning and fundraising."
