Brittany Anderson of Wellington, OH is a member of the Mathematics Association of America at Ashland University.

Anderson is majoring in actuarial science. She is the daughter of Curtis and Mary Anderson of Wellington. Anderson is a 2010 graduate of Wellington Senior High School. Anderson serves as the treasurer for the Mathematical Association of America.

The purpose of MAA is to further the development of interest in mathematics and to provide relevant mathematical information to students. Organization events include workshops with junior high school students, problem solving, career information and providing assistance with the computer science programming contest.
