Casey Neer of West Salem, OH, is a member of Phi Delta Theta at Ashland University.

Neer is majoring in marketing. He is the son of Dave and Lisa Neer of West Salem. Neer is a 2011 graduate of Northwestern High School.

Phi Delta Theta promotes brotherhood and friendship while promoting worthwhile and constructive activities. Programs include fundraising for ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease), community service projects, social events and brotherhood retreats. Membership is open to all males who must maintain at least a 2.3 grade point average.
