Chelsi Howman of Ashland, OH is a member of the WRDL-FM radio station at Ashland University.

Howman is majoring in digital media journalism. She is the daughter of Roy and Shelli Howman of Ashland. Howman is a 2011 graduate of Crestview High School. Howman serves as the news director for WRDL.

The radio station, WRDL-FM is a volunteer-run student radio station on FM 88.9. Participation is open to majors and non-majors. The station provides music, sports and news to the Ashland community and those within a 40-mile radius of the city.
