Dolbow is majoring in political science. He is the son of Jeffrey and Sarah Dolbow of Pittsville. Dolbow is a 2010 graduate of Miller High School. Dolbow serves as vice president of recruitment of interfraternity council.

Interfraternity Council (IFC) governs all chartered fraternities with the purpose of coordinating fraternity activities to ensure scholastic, social and cultural environments to benefit men and the general student body. IFC sponsors fraternity Rush Week, Greek Week, Greek Honors Reception, speakers and philanthropies. Its members consist of representatives from each of the fraternities on the Ashland campus.
