Christopher Hassmann is a Member of the American Medical Student Association at Ashland University

Christopher Hassmann of Mansfield, OH is a member of the American Medical Student Association. Hassmann is majoring in biochemistry. He is the son of Christopher and Melissa Hassmann of Mansfield. Hassmann is a 2011 graduate of Lexington High School.

Currently the Ashland University's American Medical Student Association (AMSA) is gaining members. This is the first year the organization has been on campus at Ashland University, and currently is already totaling a number of 8 members. This spring the organization's president, Mackenzie Reece, will be attending the National Convention in New Orleans to present his research "Isolation and Characterization of Two Novel Bacteriophages" in the poster research session. He will also be accepting the charter for Ashland Unviersity's in order to be nationally recognized.
