Desirae Kierner of Marysville, OH is a leader of the Greek Life Office's Emerging Greek Leaders Summit. Kierner is majoring in environmental science.

She is the daughter of Mark Acevedo and Sharon Kierner.

Kierner is a 2009 graduate of Marysville High school.

Kierner is a member of the Alpha Phi sorority at Ashland University.

The Greek Life Office's Emerging Greek Leaders Summit offers participants to grow and strengthen their leadership skills through a combination of small and large group discussions and activities. Participants are lead by current Greek leaders who facilitate the small groups by using their own unique leadership styles and personal experiences to equip the participants with the tools and motivation necessary to become successful leaders in their organizations and the Greek community in the future. The EGLS experience fosters personal growth and positive relationships within the Greek community, allowing participants and facilitators to develop personal action plans for constructive change in their chapters and the Greek community.
