Drew Windle of New Albany, OH, is a member of the men's outdoor track and field team at Ashland University.

Windle is majoring in history.

He is the son of Kenneth and Karen Windle of New Albany.

Windle is a 2011 graduate of New Albany High School.

The men's outdoor track and field team hopes to continue on the success of this year's indoor track team, which placed seventh at the 2012 NCAA Division II Nationals. The indoor team had fourteen All-Americans. Ryan Loughney was named the national men's field athlete of the year for the 2011-12 indoor track and field season by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

The Ashland University Men's Track and Field team competes in NCAA Division II in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC). The team is led by head coach Jud Logan and assistant coaches Dana Freeman, Dave Smalley, and Trent Mack.
