Emily Wirtz of Austintown, OH, is a member of the Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology at Ashland University.

Wirtz is majoring in psychology, creative writing and religion.

She is the daughter of Robert and Patricia Wirtz of Austintown. Wirtz is a 2013 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School.

To be eligible for membership into this Society, students must major or minor in psychology, have completed at least three semesters of college coursework and nine semester credit hours in psychology, and have a 3.0 GPA or higher in general coursework and in psychology courses.
