Ramser is majoring in marketing. She is the daughter of Mark and Denise Ramser of Gambier. Ramser is a 2011 graduate of Mount Vernon High School. Ramser serves as the vice president of operations for the Panhellenic Council.

Panhellenic Council is comprised of representatives from each sorority on the Ashland University campus. Its purpose is to govern the sororities in the areas of academics, philanthropy, unity, membership selection and service to the campus. Panhellenic Council also implements Rush Week and Greek Week and encourages scholastic achievement.
