Heather Amanda Higgins Will Receive Degree at Ashland University Spring Commencement

Heather Amanda Higgins of Wooster, OH, will receive a Bachelor of Science in Education degree with a major in Early Childhood Education from Ashland University at the Spring Commencement ceremony on May 11.

She is the daughter of Kevin and Becky Higgins of Wooster. Higgins is a 2009 graduate of Triway High School.
