Jamie Hence of Pickerington, OH is a member of the Ashland University football team.

He is the son of Jamie and Felicia Hence of Pickerington. Hence is a 2013 graduate of Pickerington North High School. Hence, a junior, is a wide receiver for the Eagles.

The Ashland University football team competes in NCAA Division II in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC). The Eagles are led by head coach Lee Owens, now entering his 12th season. The Eagles play their home games in Jack Miller Stadium/Martinelli Field on the Ashland University campus. The Eagles finished last season at 8-2 and finished second in the GLIAC South Division. As a team, the Eagles were ranked No. 23 in the 2015 Lindy's Division II Preseason Top 25 Poll and received votes in the 2015 American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Preseason Division II Coaches' Poll.
