Jasmine Pelfrey of West Lafayette, OH, is a member of Ashland University's Panhellenic Council.

Pelfrey is majoring in nursing. She is the daughter of Jeffrey and Jackie Pelfrey of West Lafayette. Pelfrey is a 2013 graduate of Ridgewood High School. Pelfrey serves as the Vice President of Operations for the Panhellenic Council.

Panhellenic Council is comprised of representatives from each sorority on the Ashland University campus. Its purpose is to govern the sororities in the areas of academics, philanthropy, unity, membership selection and service to the campus. Panhellenic Council also implements Recruitment Week and Greek Weekend and encourages scholastic achievement.
