Kendra Garver of Shreve, OH, is a member of the University Choir at Ashland University.

The University Choir performs various genres, styles and difficulties of music from famous classical composers such as Mozart to modern composers like Erick Whitacre. The Choir is an auditioned ensemble directed by Dr. Rowland Blackley. The Choir has several big events during the school year, including the annual Madrigal Feaste where the University Choir members act as servers for the dinner. The Choir has traveled to Canada, Italy and Germany as well as many locations in the United States including Chicago, New York, Pennsylvania and Southern Ohio. The University Choir values community, musicality and fine musicianship through many rehearsals, dedication and excellent performances.
