Lindsey Knapp Presented at the Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity Symposium at Ashland University

Lindsey Knapp of Shelby, OH, made a presentation, "PICCOLO (PCLO) is Differentially Expressed During Mouse Brain Development", during the College of Arts and Sciences' third annual Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity Symposium held in late March.

Knapp is majoring in biology. She is the daughter of Howard and Carol Knapp of Shelby. Knapp is a 2009 graduate of Shelby Senior High School.

The event provides students in the College of Arts and Sciences the chance to present the results of independent study projects, thesis work, term papers or literary analysis, exhibit their artwork, or give literary readings, musical or theatrical performances in a professional setting. A total of 51 performances, presentations and exhibitions were made by 65 students, representing 14 departments from the College of Arts and Sciences.
