Madalyn Humphrey of Elkins, WV is a member of the Family and Consumer Sciences Club at Ashland University.

Humphrey is majoring in child and family studies. She is the daughter of Richard and Ruth Humphrey of Elkins. Humphrey is a 2011 graduate of Elkins High School. Humphrey serves as historian for the family and consumer sciences club.

The Family and Consumer Sciences Club helps provide students with hands-on experience by developing leadership skills and professionalism in FCS related areas and activities. The club's events include adopt-a-family, caramel apple sales, and mitten making for the local Ashland Pump House.
