Melany Bagnola of Canton, OH is a member of the National Society for Minorities in Hospitality at Ashland University.

The National Society of Minorities in Hospitality is a non-profit organization that strives to promote diversity in the workplace. The members work to educate and aid in the recruitment, retention, support and advancement of minority students in the hospitality industry.
