Mercedes McGee of Rossford, OH, is a member of the Geology Club at Ashland University.

McGee is majoring in integrated language arts. She is the daughter of David and Wendy McGee of Rossford. McGee is a 2010 graduate of Rossford High School. McGee serves as the secretary for Geology Club.

The purpose of the Geology Club is to explore areas of geology and/or earth science that cannot be studied in the classroom or lab. Activities include field trips to areas of geological interest and lectures on geology and occupations in geology and related fields. Membership is open to all interested students.
