Natalie Helenthal of Ashland, OH, is a member of Ashland University's student chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Students meet on a regular basis with Human Resource professionals in the fields of compensation, benefits, global human resources, labor relations, diversity and organizational and employee development.
