Paul Dyczkowski Presented at the Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity Symposium at Ashland University

Paul Dyczkowski of Avon Lake, OH, made a presentation, "The Reductio Ad Absurdum of Nihilism in Faulkner's Sound and the Fury" and "The Unrecognized, Unread Crisis: Reading in 21st Century America", during the College of Arts and Sciences' third annual Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity Symposium held in late March.

Dyczkowski is majoring in philosophy. He is the son of Greg and Rose Dyczkowski of Avon Lake. Dyczkowski is a 2010 graduate of Avon Lake High School.

The event provides students in the College of Arts and Sciences the chance to present the results of independent study projects, thesis work, term papers or literary analysis, exhibit their artwork, or give literary readings, musical or theatrical performances in a professional setting. A total of 51 performances, presentations and exhibitions were made by 65 students, representing 14 departments from the College of Arts and Sciences.
