Rachel Adalem of Mansfield, OH is a leader of The Well at Ashland University.

Adalem is majoring in child and family studies.

She is the daughter of Manfred and Janet Adalem of Mansfield.

Adalem is a 2010 graduate of Mansfield Christian High School.

The Well is a campus ministry at Ashland University dedicated to being "focused on Jesus, fueled by the Spirit, as we follow the Father." They do this through "creating an environment where lives are changed as we: encounter the presence, power and love of Jesus Christ, experience authentic Christian community and respond to God for all that He is and all that He does through gratitude and service."
