Samantha Stepp of Brunswick, OH, is a member of the cheerleading squad at Ashland University for the 2012-2013 academic year.

Stepp is majoring in public relations.

She is the daughter of Daniel and Dianna Stepp of Brunswick.

Stepp is a 2010 graduate of Brunswick High School.

A talented group of Ashland University Eagle Cheerleaders provide the lift and energy for Eagle athletes and fans. The varsity squad consists of twenty-six female members that cheer at all home football games and all home basketball games. The varsity squad also accompanies the teams to any NCAA tournament games. Each girl on the varsity squad is awarded a $500 scholarship. The squad is lead by head coach Vicki Wirick, who has led the Eagles since the year 2000. In addition, Wirick serves at the Eagle Elite Dance Team advisor.
