Their philanthropy includes Glenmary Home Missioners and The House That Theta Phi Alpha Built, which work with the plight of the homeless. Activities include their Sapphire Ball, Penguin Feud, and sisterhood events. Membership is open to female students with a 2.5 grade point average.
