Sarah Emily Toby Will Receive Degree at Ashland University Spring Commencement

Sarah Emily Toby of Elyria, OH, will receive a Bachelor of Science in Education degree with a major in Art Education from Ashland University at the Spring Commencement ceremony on May 10.

She is the daughter of Ronald and Denise Toby of Elyria. Toby is a 2009 graduate of Elyria High School.
