Stephanie Rankin Attended CPAC

2014 Apr 1

A select group of Ashland University Ashbrook students attended CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference). The conference was held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland, and took place March 6-8, 2014. The students who attended the conference, listened to speakers and politicians and also were responsible for promoting the Ashbrook Center at a booth in the exhibit hall. There they had the opportunity to meet other attendees who were interested in Ashbrook's programs, and to share their own stories for why they chose Ashbrook. Students promoted our latest project, 50 Core American Documents, as well as our online master's program, and the Ashbrook Scholar Program.

Stephanie Rankin of Castalia, OH was one of the select Ashbrook students to attend the conference. Rankin is majoring in political science. She is the daughter of Steven and Wendy Rankin of Castalia. Rankin is a 2010 graduate of Margaretta Local High School.
